Mid morning snack: (10 ish)

- 1 x packet of brown savory rice
- 1 x portion of salad
Post Gym snack: (16:30)
- 1 x banana
- 1 x protean bar
- 5 x small chicken on stick (left over from kids dinner0
Dinner (19:45)
- Prime fillet steak
- Jacket potato
- Steamed green beans
My order from Maximuscle.com should arrive tomorrow. Then I can add a Progain shake and Progain Flapjacks to the mix.
Question: Why is it the last two mornings I have had a massive breakfast yet I still get hungry by 10:30 ish?
