Almost forgot the food update

With all the excitement of the gym session today I forgot to list today’s food intake. Breakfast: (6:45) 1 x Bowl of porridge 2 x slices of brown bread (toast) 2 x poach eggs 1 x Apple and Mango Juice Mid morning snack: (10 ish) Apple Lunch: (12:00) 1 x packet of cold chicken, 2 [...]

With all the excitement of the gym session today I forgot to list today’s food intake.

Breakfast: (6:45)

  • 1 x Bowl of porridge
  • 2 x slices of brown bread (toast)
  • 2 x poach eggs
  • 1 x Apple and Mango Juice

Mid morning snack: (10 ish)

  • Apple

Lunch: (12:00)

  • 1 x packet of cold chicken, 2 breasts
  • 1 x packet of brown savory rice
  • 1 x portion of salad

Post Gym snack: (16:30)

  • 1 x banana
  • 1 x protean bar
  • 5 x small chicken on stick (left over from kids dinner0

Dinner (19:45)

  • Prime fillet steak
  • Jacket potato
  • Steamed green beans

My order from Maximuscle.com should arrive tomorrow. Then I can add a Progain shake and Progain Flapjacks to the mix.

Question: Why is it the last two mornings I have had a massive breakfast yet I still get hungry by 10:30 ish?
